「DayTodo」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、利用者に関する情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

利用者が入力する情報

本アプリでは、タスク（今日・明日のやること）、タスクリストの名前、ページのタイトル、付箋の色と位置、しおり、フォント・文字サイズ・けい線・背景・言語などの表示設定を、端末内に保存します。これらの情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。

利用者が「テキストをコピー」や「共有」の機能を使用した場合、作成されたテキストは、利用者自身が選択した貼り付け先または共有先へ送られます。

手動のバックアップと復元

利用者が設定画面の「バックアップを書き出す」を使用した場合、タスクとタスクリストの情報を含むバックアップファイルを作成し、利用者自身が選択した保存先（「ファイル」アプリ、AirDrop、メールなど）へ渡します。「バックアップから復元する」では、利用者が選択したファイルを端末内で読み込みます。いずれも開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

iCloudへの自動バックアップ

プレミアムの「iCloudに自動でバックアップ」が有効な場合、タスク（タスクリストの名前・タイトル・付箋の色を含む）のデータを、利用者自身のiCloud（Apple）にある本アプリ専用の保存領域へ自動で保存します。保存されたデータはAppleのiCloudにより管理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がその内容を取得することもありません。この機能は、本アプリの設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。iCloud上のバックアップからの復元は、プレミアムでなくても行えます。

購入に関する情報

プレミアム（買い切り）の購入処理にはAppleのStoreKitを使用します。決済情報はAppleが管理し、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入済み機能を提供するため、購入状況および利用権の有効性を確認します。

生体認証

利用者がアプリのロックを有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch ID、または端末のパスコードによる本人確認を利用します。認証はAppleの仕組みにより端末上で行われ、本アプリおよび開発者が生体認証データを取得または保存することはありません。

広告・解析・トラッキング

本アプリは、広告を表示せず、利用状況の解析ツールも組み込んでいません。利用者を追跡する目的で情報を収集することはなく、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによるトラッキングの許可も求めません。

外部サイトへのリンク

設定画面の「開発者のほかのアプリ」や、プレミアム画面の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーは、端末のブラウザで外部のウェブサイトを開きます。開いた先のサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、そのサイトのポリシーに従います。

2. 情報の保存と削除

利用者が入力した情報と各種設定は、原則として端末内に保存されます。端末のバックアップ設定によっては、OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、OSのバックアップに残る情報を除き、本アプリが端末内に保存した情報も削除されます。

iCloudへ自動で保存されたバックアップは、本アプリを削除しても自動では削除されません。iOSの設定アプリにあるiCloudストレージの管理画面から削除できます。

3. 第三者への提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者が本アプリへ入力した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。決済およびiCloudへのバックアップに関しては、上記のとおりAppleのサービスが利用されます。

4. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。

5. 安全管理

本アプリは、取り扱う情報の性質に応じて、端末内での保存、OSが提供する権限管理および認証機能などを利用し、情報の保護に努めます。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能の変更、利用サービスの変更、法令の改正などに応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

DayTodo (the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

1. Information handled by the App

Information you enter

Tasks (things to do today and tomorrow), task list names, page titles, sticky-note colors and positions, the bookmark, and display preferences such as font, font size, rule lines, background, and language are stored on your device. This information is not transmitted to the developer's servers.

If you use “Copy as Text” or “Share”, the generated text is sent only to the destination or recipient you select.

Manual backup and restore

If you use “Export Backup” in the settings screen, the App creates a backup file containing your tasks and task lists and hands it to the destination you choose (such as the Files app, AirDrop, or email). “Restore from Backup” reads the file you select on your device. Neither is sent to the developer's servers.

Automatic iCloud backup

When the Premium “Back Up to iCloud Automatically” setting is on, your tasks (including task list names, titles, and sticky-note colors) are saved automatically to a storage area reserved for the App in your own iCloud (Apple) account. This data is managed by Apple's iCloud, is not transmitted to the developer's servers, and cannot be accessed by the developer. You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's settings. Restoring from an iCloud backup is available without Premium.

Purchase information

The Premium (one-time) purchase is processed through Apple's StoreKit. Apple manages payment information, and the developer does not receive payment card details. The App checks purchase status and entitlements to provide purchased features.

Biometric authentication

If you enable the app lock, authentication is performed on your device using Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode through Apple's services. Neither the App nor the developer receives or stores biometric data.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

The App shows no ads and includes no usage-analytics tools. It does not collect information to track you and does not request tracking permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Links to external sites

“More Apps by This Developer” in the settings screen, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links on the Premium screen, open external websites in your browser. Information handling on those sites is governed by their own policies.

2. Storage and deletion

Information you enter and App settings are generally stored on your device. Depending on your device settings, they may be included in an operating-system backup. Deleting the App deletes information stored by the App on the device, except for information that may remain in an OS backup.

Backups saved automatically to iCloud are not deleted automatically when you delete the App. You can delete it from the iCloud storage management screen in the iOS Settings app.

3. Disclosure to third parties

The developer does not sell or disclose information you enter into the App to third parties, except where required by law. Apple services are used for payment processing and iCloud backup as described above.

4. Children's privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

The App uses on-device storage, operating-system permission controls, and authentication features as appropriate to the nature of the information handled.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
